A lot of information on the Internet sounds good and makes sense but is very difficult to validate and prove which makes such information impossible to replicate and utilise.
False Preconceptions regarding The Subject Matter

Not all trusts are the same! A Lot of people are willing to accept a half-truth (A whole lie) around the subject and are completely ignore of the truth; this leads to costly mistakes being made and no one around to help or give guidance when needed most.

Where does that leave you?

Feeling Agitated and possibly angry about the dead ends you have stumbled upon over the months and years.

Of course, you could always Try to learn about trusts by reading Large, heavy to handle text books. .

However, that comes with its own set of problems:

Difficult to understand

I get that sometimes; desperate times calls for desperate measure. However, just like the internet, trying to scrape through huge textbooks can be a significant waste of time and you need a colossal law dictionary just to try and make sense of every other word you read. Without practical guidance, it is more than likely that vital and costly mistakes will be made.
Keep playing guessing games

The challenge with trying to learn about Trusts from text Books without guidance is that you will stumble across information that appears correct, and after weeks of research that specific topic with yet more text books, you realise it was a complete waste of time, this is called Trial and Error! Unless you know specifically what you are looking for, you can never collapse time frames using this method (or the ones I have previously mentioned) and will take you more time than you care for. Hi, I'm Richard Ansah, and I was once in your shoes.
